Lisbette Jacqueline Baltazar
An aspiring attorney, Lisbette Baltazar is an important asset in the office. As manager of the firm, she is responsible for accounting, answering clients' questions, and assisting with cases. Her hard work, affable personality, and motivation allow her to excel in her role as Legal Secretary for Attorney James N. Dicks.
One of her most important contributions to this firm is her fluency in both English and Spanish. She is able to translate for our Spanish-speaking clients, who undoubtedly feel more comfortable with someone who is able to communicate with them. Her previous work experience at the Public Defender's Office has allowed her to gain experience and knowledge needed to have a successful career in the field of law.
Born and raised in Vista, California, she graduated from Rancho Buena Vista High School in 2009 with an International Baccalaureate Diploma. Ms. Baltazar received her Associates Degree in General Studies with an emphasis in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Palomar College in May of 2011. She graduated from California State University San Marcos with a Political Science major and cum laude distinction.
She is currently attending California Western School of Law and plans on specializing in criminal law.
